If I Were A Gambler

I would be willing to bet that the picture I linked to in my last post IS Trig Palin. Why you may ask. Well, one reason is because I see a strong resemblance. But there are more important reasons that I will explain below.

69051 sarah-palin-and-trig-palin

Type www.matsuregional.com in your address bar. Then click Maternity Services on the right side of the page. On the next page, click the baby feet on the left for the online nursery. Click the search and you will see you need a password to view the babies.

But there’s a trick… Click the following link. http://valley.fasthealth.com/index_flash.php

Then on the services tab, choose Mother/Baby.

On the next page, from the links on the left choose Online Baby Nursery. Do not use the Mat-Su Regional 365 Tiny Toes Web Nursery link from the main part of the page because that will take you to the page where you need a password. The Baby Nursery Page comes up.

You can search by date, name or code. Choose name and a list comes up. You can keep going back through the list by choosing next 30 to reach April 18, 2008. There are two babies listed for that date. Baby 69049 born at 1:27 AM and baby 69052 born at 2:10 PM. So what happened to babies 69050 and 69051? Why aren’t they on the list?

Most likely because their parents requested they not be included in the online nursery.

But we can still view these babies. Right click on a picture of any of the babies and then click on properties. You can now see the URL for the picture. I will use http://valley.fasthealth.com/pictures/babies/source/69052.jpg

Change the number at the end and you can view the missing babies.

We know Sarah and Todd didn’t list Trig or they had his name removed from the list. Still 69051 looks like Trig to me.

No, I don’t think Sarah birthed him. He was either smuggled into the hospital that day or born to Bristol but Sarah had pretended she gave birth.

So what excuse could she and Todd give to not let the hospital photographer take pictures of the most famous baby in Alaska?

There was no plausible excuse they could give. Thus there’s that pesky picture of a tiny baby in a sleeper that’s way too big.

Wow, Blade, you sure know how to do an online search! I would have been lost after the first page. What a lot of work you're putting into this.

Still, I don't think these babies are a match. I looked at #69051 at top magnification and the little bit of the left ear that I could see shows no sign of deformity. Ruffles has tiny, delicate features, and sorry, but #69051 has a big honker of a nose and a mouth which is larger and bolder and clearly asymmetrical.

I don't think either Ruffles or Trig was born at Matsu. That's just one of Sarah's red herrings. Bristol probably had her baby in Anchorage, where she could get consistent pre-natal and post-natal care while staying with her Aunt Heather. Rumour has it that Sarah sent Bristol away from home when she first heard about the pregnancy, so it's likely that Bristol started getting medical care in Anchorage and stayed with that arrangement after she and Sarah had made up. April 18th was a date chosen by Sarah as being more or less suitable for "birthing" her baby.

All that was shown to the public was a photo of Chuck and Sally in the hospital corridor with a big, chubby baby who did not look newborn, let alone premature.

I don't think they look like the same baby either. If Sarah and Todd had gone to the trouble of sneaking a baby into the nursery and passing it off as their own, or somehow managed to aquire a baby born in the hospital that day, why wouldn't they have had it photographed and put online too? I think the reason no online nusery pic exists is because Trig was never actually in that nursery that day. If Sarah was actually admitted to the hospital (which she wasn't) she would have/could have had pics of herself holding baby Trig. But the only pic we saw was the Heaths holding Trig in the hallway, which tells me Trig was carried into the hospital that day and that photo taken. Trig wasn't born that day. He is way too big to be a newborn.

Blade, your time might be better spent searching the Anchorage hospital online records for Bristol giving birth in early '08. I think that's where you will find Trig Palin's birth information.

The best way to keep a secret is to involve the fewest people possible. Some theories suggest baby switching or unethical doctor involvement, but these schemes involve outsiders who could possibly come forward and tell what they know.

I think Trig's birth was just a "family affair." Bristol birthed him, Sarah claimed him as her own. There's only been one baby.

Blade I think you would win your bet!

Agnes-

1. The deformity of was of the right ear, not the left ear.

2. Ruffles features are not particularly "tiny and delicate". The nose is similar and the mouth appear pretty asymetrical here-

3. Mat-Su is in Wasilla where Sarah has influence and where she wound up after her "wild ride". If Bristol was really sent to Anchorage, why was she getting in a car accident in Wasilla in February?

Blade,
I'd double down on that bet!!! You rock.

I agree with the first two posters.
The baby Sarah is holding looks more like a baby with Down's Syndrome than the other one does.
I also feel that the baby was born in Anchorage-and the only reason Sarah went to Mat-su Regional was because of her ties there-wasn't she on the Board of Directors and of course CBJ-

Sorry- the noses are quite different

Excellent detective work. Wonder if the department of vital statistics in Alaska would have info/names of babies born on that date.

I never looked for teen babies born with FAS before this case...how very sad.

OT
I know YOU know Patrick. I'm just trying to hit every Site out there this morning.

He has a very important warning for ALL today:

From Patrick at PalinGates, which is out of Germany. These people know exactly what is happening here:

I have witnessed in Germany in 1992/93 how a racist "mass rage" can spin out of control.

This kind of mass rage can easily happen again in other places as well. All you need is an incident, a reason to ignite the flame. There seems to be already a broad base of people in the USA who are heavily prejudiced against Muslims, and we have seen the first "incidents" against Muslims. What would for example happen if a Muslim "hits back" and hurts a "white person?" Wouldn't that give people a reason to "strike" against the Muslims?

That's why Glenn Beck's and Sarah Palin's game is so dangerous: If you whip up the masses, you might as well see some (unwanted?) results.

Probably because she had already given birth to "Trig." She was no longer pregnant so she was allowed to go home.

Anon at 6:24 am, it's clear that we won't get at the truth by relying on our different opinions of who or what an infant looks like. Many people think all babies look like Winston Churchill. I'm not one of those people. It astonished me, when going through the online nursery, how each baby is distinctly different. There's some resemblance between #69051 and Ruffles, but I still don't think they are the same baby. (Of course, I could be wrong.)

About the ear, I was looking at the Tripp slideshow at Palin Babygate. http://picasaweb.google.com/HondaCL160/Tripp#5507480300328981170

Picture #6 shows the right ear, and although it's blurry, I think it shows some deformity. Of course, the upper part looks not too bad, and that's the part that shows on #69051, so no points for me there.

There's no reason why Bristol should not be in Wasilla in February. It's her home town, and her family are there. Being a small town girl myself, I don't put any stock in the idea that she "was got out of town" to stop rumours. Anchorage isn't far enough away from Wasilla to do that. If she had gone to family out of state, it would be a reasonable assumption, although it would fuel the rumours instead of stopping them. It's easy enough to accept that Sarah was furious about the pregnancy and either threw Bristol out or made her life so miserable that she left on her own. Once she got past her initial rage, Sarah realized a pregnant and estranged teenage daughter would do nothing good for her political career, and she made up with Bristol.
